We are delighted to throw open the doors and welcome you to The Waterside. Previously known as Thatchers, we’ve kept the beautiful thatched roof that gives the building such character, but step inside and you’ll find a refurbished and contemporary interior designed with comfort in mind.
Backing on to South Lake, The Waterside’s pub garden is perfect for relaxing on a balmy summer evening or meeting friends and family for lunch on a weekend. And when it gets chilly, enjoy a warm atmosphere inside – you’ll find plenty of cosy nooks in The Waterside.
F&B Horizon takes great pride in delivering good food. We believe that working with quality ingredients is key to a delicious meal. We’ve always had an excellent reputation for the steaks we serve, but take great care to ensure that our menu has plenty of choice – whether you want a meat feast, fancy a light salad or something to share, or are vegetarian, there is bound to be something to tantalise your taste buds.
And don’t forget to join us for Sunday lunch one weekend – our carvery is something rather special and it may just have you reserving a table every week!
